We offer individual therapy both as a part of the treatment plan for someone in Comprehensive DBT, as well as clients seeking 1:1 therapy only. During individual therapy, you will work on targeting specific problems that are happening in your life now; ultimately working to build a life that you want to participate in fully. As a part of the comprehensive DBT model, individual therapy happens weekly in conjunction with the 3 other pieces: DBT Skills Group, Phone Coaching and Consultation Team (for the Clinicians).
